Why Should I Go? Those who go over the bridge usually do so to enjoy the classic Americana of the boardwalk. But Marie Nicole’s offers a different experience… fine dining in an elegant-yet-relaxed environment. Think of it as modern American with a European ambience.
Begin your evening with a professionally prepared cocktail at the cozy bar. And then let the feast begin! Although the space is intimate, you never feel crowded — or rushed. Everything is done right here. As for the menu, it’s an expertly arranged interplay of colors, flavors and textures. The shrimp tempura is a popular appetizer — plump, crunchy crustaceans in a crisp batter with black bean beurre blanc. Or there’s lobster quesadilla with sautéed spinach and tomatoes, caramelized onions, Monterey Jack cheese, and topped with toasted corn salsa.
When it comes to entrées, you might have difficulty choosing from the array of world-class meat, fish and poultry. The sesame-encrusted Ahi tuna, with cucumber and seaweed salad and ginger-soy dipping sauce is a favorite.
Marie Nicole’s was voted Best of the Shore by Philadelphia and South Jersey magazines and is proud to accept the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the past seven years. There’s a great selection of wines at various price points.
Anything Else I Need To Know? Enjoy the patio if the weather is nice. Marie Nicole’s also offer a late-night menu, desserts and cocktails until midnight.
